Born & raised in South-Central Louisiana (a Ville Platte native & Lafayette resident), Cajun Country is her home. Licensed in LA & specialized in Acadiana residential real estate, she is a KWRA Education Committee Member, 3x KW BOLD graduate, as well as a Realtor Association of Acadiana (RAA) Ambassador, member of the Commercial Alliance, and a member of the RAA Membership Committee! It would be her joy & pleasure to create a partnership for a lifetime: to strengthen our businesses and assist your referrals. Having a referral based business, she will do her absolute best to provide them a positive real estate experience.

Since a young child, Monique was fascinated with houses and buildings before knowing it was called “real estate”. She is also passionate about helping others, our local community, and looks to help solve challenges in which to create win-win solutions. 

With a background of 15 years in the financial services profession, ten of those years were for her alma mater and Lafayette’s beloved, Division 1 Collegiate Athletics Program, the Ragin' Cajuns. During her time there, she served on the Senior Leadership and Executive Leadership teams, and was honored as one of the Department’s MVPs.  After taking TKT's year-long Life Coaching course, Monique is currently a Life Coach intern through The Kitchen Table Counseling working on obtaining a certification. She also completed their 3-part Growth Challenge Intensive Seminars, took their Healthy Boundaries classes, and volunteers to serve in various capacities.

Monique graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and earned degrees in Accounting and Management. Her business skills give her a unique vision which enables her to provide a range of assistance not limited to project management, marketing, problem solving, and networking in order to obtain her clients goals. With her high standards of integrity, honesty, and hard work, she strives to provide a positive real estate experience.  She brings ambition, commitment, creativity, and exceptional customer service when working with her real estate clients.   

Monique and her husband, Brandon, have two older children who are also budding entrepreneurs themselves.  She is involved in her children’s extracurricular activities, church, and local community events. She enjoys it all when it comes to family & friends, sports, music, real estate, and giving back …joie de vivre.
