Kyle Viator was born in New Iberia, LA and has remained in the Acadiana area his entire life. He spent 25 years as an acute care hospital chief executive officer which brings a multitude of business and interpersonal skills to bear when working with his Real Estate clients. His wife Madeline is also a Realtor.

Kyle Viator attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana and earned an undergraduate degree in psychology and a masters degree in business administration which provide a unique insight into how best to serve his clients. His wife Madeline was also born and raised in New Iberia and is also a real estate agent. She worked as a letter carrier for the Postal Service for many years. She later retired and did community volunteer work until they had the desire to enter into the real estate business to help their family and friends with their real estate needs.

Kyle and Madeline entered the Real Estate world in order to help their family and friends achieve their home ownership goals.

Kyle and Madeline live in Broussard. They enjoy listening to live music and enjoy spending time with their three grandchildren.
